Welcome back; once again to another new look to the TMT website. I know you have missed us over the last few months, but we are back again and with a slightly different and hopefully easier layout to our site for you all to enjoy. Yet again time has simply flown by and before you know it we have entered another season of the year and a good one too as summer is approaching and we are destined for lots and lots of sunshine (as usual)!

You may well be aware that the weather at the

start of this month was less than pleasant

when a very nasty storm hit the island and

created some very visual and exciting new

scenery changes. Rain and very high winds

caused damage to roads and homes as well as rough seas destroying the man made beaches and generally causing a bit of havoc and destruction.

Thank fully this doesn’t happen very often but when one lives on a sub tropical island we can’t always expect good weather all the time and do have to put up with a bit of the rougher stuff when it is due. But now it is over we can all expect a very good summer! In June we will see the island celebrating the Festival of the Atlantic and we are all looking forward to the annual pyrotechnics competition, so if you are visiting, get down the town for around 10pm on a Saturday night and enjoy the show! Until next month……………. Happy holiday!

Kind regards, Samantha (Editor)
